ADHD Support Chat | ADHD Information

Hi. I am the mother of an 8 year old boy who has ADHD. Any one with a child with ADHD knows how difficult and stressful life can become on the parents, the child and siblings. For ages now I have been looking for some sort of a active chat for support where people can go after their children are in bed to unwind and just discuss how ADHD effects our lives. The only chats I have come across talk about everything BUT ADHD. Its rather disturbing. Teachers and people in the community who are not familar with ADHD have no clue on what we go through. Last year I about knocked my sons teacher out for the way she treated him. Teachers need to be more eduacated on the subject. Anyways, I am working on starting a chat room for support for parents/siblings/students with ADHD. I am no professional nor am I a doctor by all means. But i know enough about ADHD that if it helps one person I have accomplished what I am setting out to do. I do have many resouces I can direct people to if I don't know the answers. With the help of others in my position, I am sure we can become a succesful group who really need each other.
