Reporting bad doctors | ADHD Information

I also let there boss know of our unhappiness and why. I think part of the problem also is the way ins. in the USA is now days. Most have to see so many people in a day required by ins. companies. The other is to many types of ins. policies. I am waiting cause one day I bet we will have social med here. I was listening to the radio and the Govt. wants to tell what amounts a Dr. can charge people. If they do therapist most likely same there. I need to know how do you report a bad doctor and or poor care. I have written a letter to the director of the facility this morning, but because it is his facility I do not know how serious it will be taken. Who else can I talk to. This morning my daughters school said most parents of ADHD students in her school have complained to them about this doctor.   It seems like maybe they arn't taking peoples complaints too seriosly or they are just not complaining to the right people. Check the state white pages in your phone book. You need the state agency that licenses medical doctors, investigates complaints and disciplines those who violate the law. For example, mine is called the Medical Board of California.You can write a letter of complaint to the medical board of your state.  Doctors are certified to practice medicine in that state and must abide by the laws of that state. lillian38777.6418865741
