rash? | ADHD Information

My 6yr old son has been taking Concerta for ADHD for 2 weeks now. My question is has anyone noticed a rash after using this medicine? He has what looks like little tiny pimples on his forehead, around the side of his face and now on the tops of his cheeks. It is not red except if he has been running around a lot and is overheated. Otherwise it is faint in color but feels rough to touch. Could he be getting acne?

I have a 6 yr old on 27 mg of concerta for 2.5 weeks and have seen no signs of a rash.  Could it possibly be a heat rash?

I don't believe it is heat rash because it is always there. If it was heat rash wouldn't it go away when he was cool? The raised bumps are always there.Maybe I am just over reacting. I am just so nervous that I may be doing the wrong thing by giving him these meds. I think I am looking for any reason to stop them.I would let your Dr. know as some meds can cause rash as a side effect.  He should be able to look at it and let you know whether it is a rash from a side effect of the medication or something else.
