I am new here myself, just wanted to say that I think you will get a lot of support, understanding and tips in here.

hi im new here,
 i have a 8 year old with ADHD and asd and severe behavioural problems, im finding it hard at the moment coping with him, as he is a handful and can be really nasty at times.
 my biggest problem at the moment is his schooling as he only does 2 1/2 hours a day at school, they are starting  to get things sorted out for a statement, but this has been going on for 18 months now and there is no end in sight.
 i really dont know what else i can do, as my son always seems to slip through the net, and there seems there is nothing out there for him.
sorry to go on but i dont know whatelse i can do.

What kinds of things have you tried? Meds/therapies etc. Please know we are all here for you. Most of us are in similar situations. You have definitely come to the right place. Welcome!First of all welcome. Who diagnosed your child and are you certain that ADHD is the right dx. or all that is going on? Secondly, what types of behaviors have you seen now and early on?
