ok sometimes during the day i feel mentally sharp and can talk fine. But most of the time i feel unable to concentrate and difficult time focusing. Is this ADD, and does ADD explain how my speaking and thinking speed slows down at different times. I also have some social anxiety as well.
will i have any success with a stimulant?
and what is the best med for inattentive?
is there any particular stimulant that is good for people who also have some social anxiety along with inattentive????
thanks alot guys
thats a lot of questions with little to go off of that really needs to first be directed at a specialist with lots of ADD experience. But just shooting in the dark, if your taking other meds, it may have something to do with them, or often it can be related to your lifestyle (diet, eating, and sleeping habits). Talk with a specialist and start with the basics.to sanfranpete: i have adhd and i feel that i react to situations rather than recognize and plan ahead for them. and when i speak, i tend to speak in sentence fragments rather than complete, drawn out thoughts. i usually have to think before i speak, like i'm searching my brain for info that i should already know which makes me a little apprehensive in social situations. so i think you do have adhd or add, i'm not a doctor, just speaking from personal experience. i've been on adderall for 2 months and it's working pretty good. go see a doctor and help yourself with your problems, you won't be sorry!
