Yup.

Anything above 29 is severe, and considered an imminent storm warning.

I was first diagnosed a long time ago - before on-line surveys, before my family/friends knew what it looked like.  I don't remember getting a label of quality - just a basic diagnosis and a prescription.

Who dx'd you first? / Severity?

Yourself, through the survey.

Your spouse or s.o. family member.

Or a dalk or phsrynqeu?
An ex-phsryqnue of mine dx'd me first, with the comment "you're the most wildly ADHD person I've ever met".

My eX and the survey concurred. (49 out of 50).
Ooops, here The Survey.

Enough to get board with the testr and not fini

ring of fire ADD? Sounds like a job for preparation H - not Ritalin! ROFLMAO!!!!

Seriously - I have got to check on that one!! Hillarious!!

I'm severe inattentive - psych tested and the online tests.  Online I scored high to extreme on every test at oneaddplace and a couple of others (I went overkill when I heard ADHD and took every one I saw).  One test had something like 132 points (one per positive answer) and I had 127 - only missed 5 that listed violence and I was violent to some extent as a preteen/teen and only gave that up as a young adult (just in time to have the tar beat out of me by my fellows in high school - must have felt subconsciously it was payback for the bullying of my family).

ring of fire - I'm checking on that one sounds just too odd to be true.  Not doubting you wisdom just bizarre like one for "UFO ADHD" or "loch ness ADHD".

Well, though as usual it's mostly on herbal wierdo sites there does exist a "ring of fire ADHD" LOL.  Sounds like me except I have my temper tightly bound and gagged in my basement.  If not I'd have been a statistic a long time ago.

So I might be the pinnacle of bad ADHD.  Sigh.  Figures I'd have something out of a Johnny Cash song.  Ironic - don't ya think?

The title RING OF FIRE is enough to make Aussie die of laughter. Don't any of you have any childish comments about it?Well geez peita - I thought my "preparation H" gag said it all LOL!  You do have Preparation H there don't you?? Haemmerroid (sp?) treatment with probably a good dose of aussie shark oil (thats a main ingredient in it believe it or not!).  We here in north america love the "ring of fire" jokes too.  Ever since the old man in black sang that song I can't help but imagine him sitting on a rubber doughnut singing it LOL!!!

Is this real 6-types of ADD?

(Slow brain metabolic activity.) or inattentiveness, distractibility, disorganization, hyperactivity, restlessness, and impulsiveness. (Google this)

1.classic ADD

2. inattentive ADD

3. over focused ADD

4. temporal lobe ADD

5. limbic ADD

6. ring of fire ADD

These all have to do with neurotransmitter activity to the brain? I think?

So what was this called 30 years ago?  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!     ;
