enhanced performance,
when i take a dose b4 a match (mixed martial arts) its a slaughter
i average 172 without adderall xr. about 185-190 with the meds. anyone notice the same?
For a second I thought it said do I like to "howl."

know exactly how you feel, the adderall really cuts down on the"resetting". without adderall, i lose focus right when i release the ball and i miss my spot by a foot or release too late or too early!
my concentration is too erratic to be good at things like that.
when i can focus, i kick ass.
problem is, i fall in and out of focus so haphazardly, i can't depend on myself to function well consistently.
like when i shoot pool, (or ski, or kayak, or bowl, or work, or read.....) i can make several impressive shots, sometimes all in a row.
but i seldom win games or matches b/c my brain resets, and i fall out of my groove. i blink my eyes, and i'm back to figuring it all out again.
I never got the whole enjoyment of bowling - wanted to it seemed to make everyone happy enough.
Used to play pool - but my eyesight isn't as good anymore (get double vision and have a serious stigmatism). But I enjoyed the geometry though I was awful at the game.
I used to enjoy video games pre-med but they bore me now - I can't finish any of the games I used to play. I cheated a lot and can't cheat anymore so that may be part of it - no fun anymore.
I do enjoy playing blackjack and want to take up poker (I'm good at statistics as that was my major in my first university courses) and my coworkers play but I've not been invited as yet. They smoke pot and see me as a potential narc so I may never get in there. Oh well.
I do want to get into physical games though. I am going to take up roller blading when the weather improves and want to take up tennis if my eyesight doesn't muss it up much.
