Hair loss cannot be caused by dexedrine. What can cause it is you aren't getting adequate nutrition, hormone levels have changed for some reason, genetics or stress.
I'd check with your doctor on this. There is one simple test for blood information that will give the doc all the info you'll need to know what's going on.
Do you have thinning hair in your family history? Mostly look at dad's brothers and mother's brothers.
