Well, I have been on Wellbutrin for about 5 years. I guess its so hard to know since I have been taking Ritalin for SO long...
The feeling of fatigue will pass - it usually takes a couple weeks. You can try a couple of cups of coffee/tea mid-day to supplement your energy. Make sure to take a vitamin supplement and eat well as that will help you rebuild your energy.
You've just been used to your energy coming from the pill rather than your natural adrenaline production. But after a short while it comes back.
yeah..im still trying to figure out if this will work..the wellbutrin seems to be covering things pretty well..in fact i think im more calm..or maybe im making that up in my head:).IMac38947.468587963so, i have been on ritalin for about 15 years. Since I was in 7th Grade and now im 26. I just went off it last week. I also take Wellbutrin and it is supposed to kick in for the Ritalin-I think i was being over medicated. Anyways....Has anyone had any kind of withdrawal symptons from going off Ritalin..my Dr. said I would be fine, but I have been exhausted lately-hardly able to stay awake in the eves and I read on some websites that exhaustion and "night crashing" are symptons-but im not sure if that is only from abuse of Ritalin? If anyone has any thoughts or has experience similar things-let me know:)
