I've just started my first round of meds for ADHD. My doc put me on 10 mg of Adderall xr. I find that it makes me a bit sleepy (I'm on the 3rd week now) in the afternoons, but I get too jumpy when I take even a 1/4 dose of Adderal fast acting as a booster.
Is it a good idea to try out another medication such as Concerta before sticking to one only, to see if it's any different/better? I'm supposed to go back in 2 weeks to report in to my doctor about how this first round of Adderall has made me feel.
