My wife likes to make our dogs howl. Does that count?Howl with'em Coz. Good stuff. Remember 'Primal scream Therapy?" When I howl they stop and start barking at me till I stop. Guess I'm interupting something.My dog Yosh howls with me like we both have something very important to say very loudly. He seems to enjoy the heck out of it too.

My favorite thing he does though is when I say:

"Am I right?"

He barks.

I think he is saying "HECK YEAH!" 
Our little dog has started howling but I think the dog next door is on heat Isn't it "in" heat?

Or is that how y'all do it on Australia?
Only in my car, with the windows rolled up.  And never in the summer.  We need to have a howlathon.

...my doggy bark/howls and I do it back to her.  she does seam to really like it! 

I try not to howl when alone..it's best to keep it a social thing or risk becoming an addicted closet howler. 

 I admit it....yes, when I had a little sh*t-zu....we would "howl"...but really we were just singing together...

I don't howl, I meow..........especially when communicating with my cat.

I cannot speak for others, but I actually do howl with my dog and it feels greaaat!

I'll be driving and jes' HAVE to let out a howyell, whether it's in the country or not.
