	Ritalin with Stratera It's not unheard of. Most doctors (not all, some are hard asses) now RX the XR or LA versions of the meds and then add a mid-day "boost" of the short acting versions, but also its not unheard of to take an XR or LA version @ noon either.My son is taking 20 Ritalin LA plus 5 mg at lunch.
