I go about getting and advocate ?I did a bunch of interenet searches. Look at the Chadd websight and links to your area Chadd. That's how I ended up finding mine. You might post what area you live in as well. I also found that the more I read and learned, the more I could help my advocate help me.  I found one by calling CHADD (my local chapter). They put me in contact with a parent advocate who then gave me a name and number of an advocate over the phone. Also, on the CHADD website you can find local support groups.
