Skin problem? | ADHD Information
Add a moisturizing lotion after bath also. My daughter has always been bothered with skin problems, particularly dry skin and eczema. This is always more of a problem in the winter time. She also loves baths, and would stay in the bath tub all of the time if we would allow it. This contributes to the problem. We have had to limit her baths to 10 minutes per day, and then use lotions alot to trap the moisture in. Although she loves bubble bath, she can't use it, as it is too drying and irritating to her skin. Oatmeal baths are also helpful. The doctor has prescribed Elidel cream for times when the Eczema is really bad. I have never used the Omegas with her, although I take it myself. I never thought about this helping with her skin. I will have to give this a try!Do you or your child have skin issues- no oil, to much oil, bathing etc. ( I have had dry skin all my life, I think the omega's help my brain and skin?I agree! MY DD has extremely dry hair & since starting the Omegas I've noticed it is much softer & healthier.
