Hey there,
just started 36 mg of concerta and did a 10km run. Woah did that de-hydrate me quick. I found today that I was tired but yet I was able to complete my time quicker than usual. I have some questions:
1) For running should I carry a water bottle, gatorade because my burning is using up more fluids?
2) What about this summer when its hot out, should I schedule my runs either in the morning or later in the evening.
3) Eating. I heard rather than eating 3 meals a day, to switch to 5 small meals throughout the day. I was on 18 mg of concerta and lost 15 pounds within 5 weeks. I do eat pretty well but the water factor may have to go up or get something going to replace my electrolytes.
Any thoughts?
