switching to concerta! | ADHD Information

We went the other way from Concerta to Ritalin LA 

Well we finally went to the Psy. today and he told me 1. That ds was on too high of a pres. of Ritalin LA (60mg in am, 30 mg at 1215p) he said was only supposed to go to 60mg for him he is 4ft 11in. and ewww i forget his weight around 90+.

 

anyway he is switching him to Concerta 54mg i think it is I am so hoping this works and we dont have to have a afternoon dose.  The Psy also mentioned adding something else in the afternoon due to Behavior Issues, which when ds meds wear off he can get mouthy, etc.  We go back 1st wk. of May so keep your fingers crossed.
