Could be. The doctor will do a thorough check to make sure there is not something else going on. Whatever is affecting your life, it is great that you are looking for a solution!

well, recently i have been reading up on ADHD and such, and it sounds like it reciting my life almost. 


i am restless, i can sit still, but not for long.  i always like doing something, i bite my nails, tap my feet, whatever. i think i may also have sleep apnia (sp?). 

i am getting tested for all of this in 1 week.  what do you think?           

Well I am not one to take advice from... I just came to this board today myself.  But i think it's worth a shot.  I would swear my bother is adhd.  And he is a grown man now.  24 I think.  But now he feels to manly to admit thats somethings wrong.    he will admit it to me.  But to a Dr.  No.  I never knew how much he was upset about possible being adhd, Untill I told him one day  " No ones gonna want to date you if you keep acting that way."  He was SOO mad at me.  And really upset that I said that.   But he cant pay attention to nothing.  LOL maybe its just me.  Cause I am his big annoying sister.. lol he prob. ingores me on purpose.. lmao..

 But really it's worth a shot just to see if you are.
