my BF refuses to seek treatment | ADHD Information

My bf and I both think he has ADD (based on research) but has not been clinically diagnosed.  I don't know but definately doesn't sound like he would go see a Dr and he also said "I am not taking meds."

From a conservative background, I can see why he would be against taking it but not sure if it's necessarily. Up until now, his "problem" doesn't seem to have affected him much (except for our relationship) so would it be OK not to take them!?

I know these questions would be better addressed by a Dr. but i can't get him to go!

I am not trying to agrue against you or trying to prove that he does have this condition, but I do see that it has affected him in more ways just than just me. He seems fine with it and no one else seems bothered or they don't speak up.  In my personal opinion though, I think there is some degree of ADD in all of us, just depends on the severity and whether intervention is needed.

I think getting diagnosed or checkin it out would be the best thing right now, to clear things up.
