My son who is ADHD/TS had difficulties last year being aggressive while on his meds. We had to stop the meds because of that plus he started with destructive tics. Anyway, he's been off meds for about 10 mos now, and while he has some struggles in school (went from a B+, A- average to about a B-) his social issues have been fine, no real aggression at all.
Anyway, he just got back from 5 days away with members of his class and he did great! He didn't get in trouble and had no fights and had a blast with his friends. I was a nervous wreck sending him away, afraid of what he may do. This was great for him.
Remember when you are having problems with your kids that things can get better.
