I am changing my current brand of St Johns Wort - £15 for 30 caps, to try a Moss chemist brand £1.49 for 40 for obvious reasons.

My current brands daily dose of hypericin is 900ug but the moss brand I am about to try gives you 1mg.

Could someone let me know how to translate ug to mg or let me know the standard daily dose of hypericin in mgs
