Hi guys and gals
the doc is keeping me on th 36mg but today I have this wicked stomach cramp.
But Im my own worst enemy. This is a result of not enough drinking water, having a beer the past few nights and now my stomach is cramping like you wouldnt believe and I am once again sick. The past 2 weeks I have been sick most of the time and my immune system is down. :( I even took 4 days off from execersing the past 2 weeks. I am having flare ups due to hemmrhoids, had those for about 10 years and today it was the worst it has ever been. Dehydration and straining caused it :(
Time for a change but the Concerta is doing its job. I need to start taking better care of myself but how>
