See if you can get a 504 plan implemented..you will need a diagnosis of ADHD from a medical doctor...this may be a good place to start...for next year you need to talk to the principal now and "hand pick" the teacher
if they still don't listen you need to get an advocate
I would get a medical diagnosis and have the doctor write a letter stating the diagnosis. Then I would request a section 504 In this request as for an auditory processing test. If you get the section 504 implemented you need to request that there be an inservice and request you be notified and in attendance. Hope this helpsi,am a mother of a 10 year old boy who has a teacher that does not believe in adhd my son is always in trouble, i have tried to talk to the principal but no luck there. his past years in this school have been great but this year the teacher is so young and wont listen to anything i have to say on the topic .i feel like my son is going to be labeled as a bad child even tho he gets great grades,i just dont know what to do.
