IS TODAY A FULL MOON???? | ADHD Information

Hello there...

To know that one is not alone is nice. Yes...DS was also very difficult with the homework. DH had to calm the situation down completely. Luckily the weather was just right to sit out on my porch and enjoy a moment of solitude. Look out...the full moon is on Saturday, May 13th! Hopefully by Mother's Day the stars will be in alignment.

Wow, I really had no idea it was getting that close. It was just really strong in my house last night.

I should have sit outside too, under the stars. It's so refreshing, while they sleep, sweet sleep! Doncha just want to go in there and hug 'em when they are sleeping? All their issues are not their fault.

I think God gave us special once because He knew we'd handle them in His way.

We all must live the same nightmare!! I know that if ds doesn't start his homework right away after school, I might as well forget it for the entire evening. Even his ped says that after an hour just stop trying. I am so exhausted each night from all the self-imposed timeouts that I just want to crawl into bed.

Yes it is or actually when I went outside last night to get air and have a mommy time out I noticed it was almost a full moon and commented on that is why. Yes I need mommy time outs so I do not beat the child's butt.

As for homework that is everynight for she wants to play and not get it done.

Geez, it's taking kiddo 3.5 hours to get 45 minutes of homework done.

The only thing I'm getting done, is prodding kiddo.

My entire household is ADHD tonight.

We are going to start the crawling exercises tonight, if we get to bed late. Hmph!!

Believe it is, couse:

DH nursed (is it proper word?) our son yesterday. Baby scratch his lip with some alu foil and there was some blood. DH got panic attack, took boy to emergency then hospital. Dr sedated baby, luckily MIL find damn piece of alu foil on the floor, so thanks God, poor baby skip gastroscopy.
