My doctor is switching me from Adderall to Dexedrine for a few weeks, has anyone got any info on it ? It seems like it it pretty powerful stuff and I'm kind of nervous taking it. Markie33338239.5963888889

One of Adderall's active components is the same chemical found in dexedrine.

Generally mg for mg, dexedrine is more potent -- I've seen estimates of 15mg

Dex ~= 20mg Adderall.
