My son has been seeing an ADHD specialist in the northern part of the state (about an hour & twenty minute drive). He had said that we could order refills for the prescriptions from our pediatrician instead of driving so far once a month.
My pediatrician just informed me that she won't write scripts for ADHD, even with authorization from the doctor! Grrrr.....
Also, I've seen a lot of people on here have physhiatrists & psychologists and therapy. Do they help?
Thanks!!
Sorry - forgot to say: does anyone have an ADHD doctor in central NJ, as opposed to Morristown?this dr sounds good, but expensive~Appointments and Fees
good luck!
