Too much sleep | ADHD Information

My neck really suffers if I sleep too long.I have never been a really good sleeper and feel blessed when I wake up just one day feeling like I really slept.  I do find that I need at least 7 hours of sleep to feel have decently rested but if I sleep too long I am dragging all day and it affects my mood too.  For me, getting to bed around the same time and getting up around the same time every day helps a great deal.  Too little or too much sleep can really throw me off.  I think I've got some kind of definciency too in the hormones that make you sleep.  I heard that melatonin can help, just haven't had a chance to give it a try.  I love dark chocolate by the way. I'm dragging if I get less than 7 hours, & if I sleep too long I wake up with a headache.

5 - 6 hours, I wake up feeling great.  More than that, I feel like I'm dragging. I don't sleep a lot unless I'm depressed then it goes from 5 to 15.  Not happy with that.  If I sleep too long,  I get nothing done that day.

I have found that if I sleep more than six hours a night, I wake up feeling like I didn't sleep at all and am so scattered for the rest of the day. I'm irrated all day and am more disorganised than usual.

Does anyone else find this?

Still researching for ...

Till then Im eating huge doses of dark chocolate.. Does it helps, maybe...

So what do you do about a dopamine deficiency?

If I sleep 5,6,10 hours I ALLWAYS wake up feeling like I didnt sleep enough.

I used to thought that is couse of my low blood presure, but I find that it might be couse of dopamin deficiency?
