Is it normal for a kid with ADHD to be mean, rude, thinking of commting sucide, mood problems, & disobeying? Or is there something else besides ADHD wrong with my brother?
It is difficult for anyone here to diagnose another person's condition. Your brother should see a doctor to get a correct diagnosis.
The suicide thoughts are a real problem. You need to tell an adult about that right away - if you are both still young. If your brother is older, you can only suggest he get help and try to get it for him. If your brother is a minor - younger than 18 - then you need to get an adult to help you right away. Suicide thoughts are very serious and need to be addressed right away.

I have to agree with oldermom. It sounds like there is alot more than ADHD going on.
