1. Be honest, with yourself and the psychologist.

2. It's normal to have feeling of fear and/or discomfort about revealing your concerns to this person. DON'T worry about it, that's what there getting paid the big bucks for. They have probaly heard it all, or variations of it.

I will be going in next week to get evaluated for ADD. This is my first visit to a psychologist. I saw a counselor about 10 years ago when I was going through a tough patch but nothing like this.

I have read a number of books on ADD and having been scanning this forum.

I have a list of questions and thoughts ready for the meeting.

Does anyone have any particular advice before I go in for my first meeting?
