Morning Exercise for Kids w/ADHD

I honestly don't know if it would help with focus but it sure can't hurt to try it. It is free and you'll both, at the very, least get in shape.

Hi Everyone,

I am new to the forum, but have a question.  I read an article in USA Today on the internet that exercise will help children with focusing or inattentive issues focus more in there academic work.  Does anyone know this to work?  I thought about walking with my son for about 30 minutes in the morning before he goes to school.  The article says that the child will be able to focus better for 3-4 hours after physical activity.  Any advice would be helpful.
