Parent of Adult Son w/ADD | ADHD Information

My adult son has just been diagnosed with ADD. I need suggestions about how to support him during this time of learning to understand, manage and live with ADD. He is very excited about the diagnosis because now he knows what he's dealing with instead of just feeling like he's weird, depressed and crazy. I'd like to hear from other parents of adults with ADD.Have your son explore this board on the adult forum, he may enjoy it knowing he is not alone.  There is plenty of support we all get from one another.
