I've posted many times over that Dexedrine was the most effective tool I've found for giving up both cigarettes and alcohol (simulataneously).
Didn't even need much self discipline -- just didn't want to smoke or drink.

Thanks Chaz - it is an ongoing concern for most parents that what we are doing by medicating our children is leading them into a life of substance abuse at a young age.
