Keep in mind that she has switched schools, and perhaps that is having an effect on her. How long has she been on the strattera? Was she on it at the private school? Has it helped her at home? I'd really evaluate all areas before making any decisions. Good Luck.

Hi Everyone:

This is my first time chatting and I need your help. I have a 10 yr old daughter with ADD. We have been on Concerta and now Strattera. Last year she was in a private school with only 20 children in her class. She did great. Her teacher even allowed her to take test orally and have extra time when needed. This year we are in public school and we are failing everything! Did the teacher just do her work for her or is the medicine not working. Please help!

Strattera takes 6 weeks. Why taken out of private school? I felt was best place for me when I went to schools.They don't over do minors behavior or stand for them.I wish never put my kids in public school.They became different people then. I wish homeschooling is what we did.rshn
