need to get help | ADHD Information

Gidday i from New Zeland and wonder if any one knows a good adhd theripist in the bay of plenty area. I really struggling at moment i am in my 1st year managing a dairy farm a 2yr old daughter and my adhd is in full swing i have started so many different projects and am not going to finish them before we start calving, ifind my emotional scale is like o to 1oo in 3 seconds i am pushing all my stresss and unused energy inward and i know from past experiences that not a good thing   any ideas from any new founnd understanding friends out there

Wish I could give you the name of a good therapist but I'm about a zillion miles from where you are.  Have you checked with your insurance company?  I found my doctor on a list of providers.  Thank goodness I found a really good one and I hope you do too.  Have you checked the internet too?  It sounds like you've got a whole lot on your plate and I hope you can get yourself some help soon.  Do you have friends or family that can help you accomplish your goals?  There are also some very good books on ADD/ADHD listed on this website that you can check out.  "Drivin to Distraction" is a very good one that I have read.  It is very important that you do get a formal diagnosis so you do know exactly what's going on.  There also may be someone else on this board that is where you are from.  Hang in there and please do keep posting.  Dee
