the urinating issue - I have that same problem when I was in hospital and had to have morpheine. Could only pee in trickles - trickle.....trickle......trickle. Sat on that bloody loo for 10 minutes - It was very bizarre.
Even the urologist didnt have an explaination for me.

Adderall is good, it has fewer side effects then Ritalin (which always gives me chest pains (not heart related) The problem with Adderall is it's very difficult to pee or climax - those are pretty big problems. I'm convinced it's the sticky filler they use in Adderall XR that causes (me) those problems.
1.) What causes the (not-heart related) Ritalin chest pain, does anyone know the root cause?
2.) What causes the difficulty urinating with adderall?
Adderall is very weak and several strains of amphetamines are combined to weaken the "speed" effects of the Dexedrine. This was done I believe more to get FDA approval then to help. So, I will ask my doctor to let me try Dexedrine, it seems like since it's so much stronger then Adderall I should get help from ADD without the extra filler. But you know how sensitive that subject is. I need to get my arguments in order, but if it's going to be the same thing then I will have to go back to Ritalin.
30MG of Adderall is useless, it's like a placebo to me. At 60MG I get some light help. 10MG of Ritalin under my tongue or 20 MG ingested is far more powerful, then 60MG of adderall what's up with that? The problem with Ritalin is there is no Amphetamine so part of the "cure" is missing. I can focus on studies but find it doesn't help my normal daily problems.
