My nephew is 15 and was diagnosed with ADHD around 7 years ago.He was behind with his school work and receiving special needs. His behaviour became out of control even more and my sister was at the end of her tether. Last year i watched a programme about Efalex which is totally natural and consists mainly of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fish oils, seperately they have an effect,together the effect on behaviour and concentration is amazing.
My sister tried her son on Ritalin a few years ago as a last resort and it turned him into a moody depressed zombie, more so when he hit puberty.
Since taking Efalex, his temper has all but disappeared and his relationship with the rest of the family has been transformed.

At my nephews last hospital appointment my sister informed them of fish oils and they asked her to report to them on the effects as at the time they had conducted no studies, this she will do when she returns in September, i believe that studies have been conducted since and a lot of reports are considering replacing Ritalin with Efalex.
The best place to buy is at Boots as they always have the 3 for 2 on vitamins and minerals and although at an outlay of £28 for the 3 it may be expensive, but when you think that each bottle of capsules contains 240 capsules and you take 8 for the first 12 weeks and then drop to 4 per day, they will last you a couple of months at first and then even longer.
