muscle spasm medication | ADHD Information

My son has been on Concerta, Ritalin, Adderal XR and all of theses medications have made him have muscle spasms or tics ... the doctor has also tried him on straterra (which did not seem to work by any means)  the adderall xr has been the best and he is actually a very different much better child and can actually stop and think about what he is doing.  but he has such muscle spasms it breaks my heart to see him like this.  any options as to what i can do???it's strange because he was on Adderal XR most of the school year and no tics budt all of a sudden he started with them and nothing has changed ... so i am a little baffled by this ... the doctor actually said to try focalin and we did that for a few days but put him back on the adderal as we started to see tics the first day but the tics have  not gone away ... so we have tried NOTHING  and it is total chaos with that   his "friends" cant stand to be around him and he is very difficult.  i am just at such a loss as to what to do ... Tics are a common side effect with Adderall. Try vitamins in see how this could help also. The good fats slow Daniel down right off the back. We see him calm emediately.
