bored cant sleep | ADHD Information
DANIEL IS OUR SON WHO HAS ADHD WITH MAYBE ASD. Hi Fluffy and welcome to the forum. I know what you mean about not being able to sleep, not the greatest sleeper myself. Even last night, after I ran 4 miles I couldn't get to sleep. I should have come online. Glad you found someone to chat with and please do keep posting. DeeYEAH I FIGURED IT OUT!!!!

I have insomnia and this web page is now my new favorite thing to do. its about 11:20 ish on the east coast aaand I'm bored . yep bored
