It is non-stimulant. Hallowell devotes a whole page plus detailing it and its early use and new doseing stratagy. he calls it his first choice in non-stimullnats but i am afraid my psychiatrist won't perscribe cause it is not supported by research ( hallowell gives details_). It is a NON CONTROLLED med and my primary care doc will prescrtibe for me but I live in a very small community and not sure how it will all play out...I'm on the Island of Kauai and like living here but my ADHD tx has to come first.
