Hi! I have been to the boards before but off and on. I am on concerta right now. I started a month ago and took it "off an on"and was at 27 mg. My doc this month pushed it up to 54 becaue 27 didnt seem to do much. He also said to not take a "break" from it this time.
Today is day three and I already am seeing a difference. I actually have made progress on my housework. It isnt just a whirlwind of going one place ot another without finishing one thing before I start the other. Its awesome
I can go fold the laundry and put it away!
Clean the kitchen... the WHOLE THING!
Clean the bathrooms... every single bit of the...not getting side tracked before I finish.
I even took an old toothbrush and got every crevis of the sink and behind the handles of the faucet.... took out the plug of the sink and cleaned it off... gross... do people usally clean that thing? lol
I would walk by things that were on the floor or needed to be picked up... instead of just walking by it putting it "to the back of my mind" til later.. which It would just stay there. I picked it up and took it where it belonged on the way to what I was doing.
It wasnt a production to do anything... usually I feel overwhelemed just thinking about it.. even if its a small task.
I am hoping it continues. I am just so greatful for any day that I can go through the day and not feel lost.
Anyway, just thought I'd share.
That is great news! I hope that it continues to work so well for you!
Yeah!
