i went really weird when i took coffee with retilin so i stopped the coffee,went a little bit better but still was crazy so i am now starting concerta.

Stop drinking coffee!!! See your doctor.With all the controversy surrounding this drug, at least here in the States.
At sometimes especially if I have had alot of caffiene during the day I get very scared, nervous, and panic attacks start over fear of dying of heart attack.
Ritalin I take is 20mx3daily=60
I hope I dont die, I already know what it does I have read all the reasearch and learned many things about withdrawl etc! What I am only wondering about now is sudden death from Ritalin 20mg, about 30 minutes after coffee, high nervousness, higher blood pressure, increased heart rate, etc all scare me they could not possible be good for the heart!! soon it will stop like cars do when you abuse them.
