OMFG, im going to dieee! | ADHD Information

Ok, I dont know im going to die for sure. But I am showing signs(I think) of an allergic reaction to two medications I took. It feels like my air ways are cramped and sore. I took tylonal pm the night before I took adderall. After I woke up then next morning ( after taking tylonel pm) I took my regular dosage of adderall before my job interview. Then after about 15-20 min, I felt this sorness and cramped feeling from my asophogas down to my upper chestand have felt this way for about a day and a half. It has gotten a little better but not much. This is really bothersome, and tonite I am going out drinking with my buds. So i need to know if this is normal or not and if i shouldnt drink. Will it still interact with the alchol. O, and I cant find anything on the internet about tylonel pm and adderall interacting. That was my main concern. And hey everyones gotta have a little fun, right?  thx May be an esophageal irritation or reaction, or some really bad acid reflux???  Either way, did you get some help right away??The next time you are at the pharmacy, ask the pharmacict about interactions.  They are a great and willing source, and have sources available. I'm not sure how old you are, but by legal drinking age you should really know to check these things out BEFORE the allergic reaction sets in. Also, never take Tylenol if you have been or are going to be drinking alcohol.  Both slam your liver.  You need your liver.  It is your friend.  You especially need your liver if you like to go "drinking with your buds".  Take aspirin (buffered or enteric coated is preferrable) NOT tylenol.
