been on meds since last year first strattera then concerta now Adderall jsut wondering what to expect on adderall taking 2 times day 10 mg take 1st one at 6 am and the 2nd at 3 00 by 7 00 kind of loose the organization i had all day
Thanks Glenn , Irealy appreciate the feed back, What you say is true alot of it is years of bad habits , missed opportunities ' bad career choices .Therepy probaly would be a good idea but working 2 jobs couldnt find the time. Though since I've been on the meds I have noticed more motivation to finf one good job.. Harriswelcome harris!
adderall is a pretty good med for most people. Do try to mix in therapy with your meds as most of your adult ADHD troubles will be half habit half ADHD. The therapy allows you to make use of the meds ability to stop the urges and gives you new ways to do things in life.
You may find short-term effects like no hunger and restlessness but you've already been on stim meds so you should be ok with that.
