Does anyone know what the difference is in these?
I used to take LA and now my doctor sent me a prescription for SR (I assume this was a mix up, same dosage though) and I find that I am very highly irritable.
Don't know if this is the medication, I have also had some trouble sleeping so that might be it too. Usually though no matter how little sleep I get I don't get this badly irritable.
Please let me know what your experience is ASAP.

Call your doctor. Sorry, no experience with either.
Off hand I would guess the LA would work better for most people, it looks like it has the longer release time, hence fewer Ups & Downs [?].
