We have a chat room on our site that our members are welcome to use any time they wish to arrange to meet someone there. We usually have one scheduled chat each week, but other than that, you would need to arrange to meet people there yourself to ensure you would have someone to chat with.
The only other ADHD chat room I used to go to had trolls infiltrate and ruined it. I don't go there anymore. No one I know does and several of us from here used to.
You are welcome to join ours and use that one.
