adderall and arms tingly anyone else? | ADHD Information

Yea dont worry I get that too.  Usually when i drink coffee or am all strungout with no sleep or food in my system.  Its pretty scary but it does go away and the next day you will be fine. Remember that side effects that you see during the first week or two of using any type of stimulant may go away in time.  It is very common for people to have those conditions when they first start treatments, those conditions may also return if you take a break for a weekend or most likely for an extended period. It almost seems to be like the body is trying to adjust to the meds.  Hang in there it should get better.  These are also seem to return  sometimes when you switch to higher doses, and then they gradually go away in time also.I just stared 10 mg of adderall today and I am very jittery.  Want to smoke like crazy and my right arm is tingly down to the fingers.  Anyone else heard about this?Its been 4-5 hours since I took the 10 mg and I am feeling much better.. I was sooo cold and I had to get a blanket and turn down the air.. The tingly sensation is gone.. How long does 10mg stay in the system do you think?  Did I just adjust or is it out of my system by now.  I took it at 12:00 afternoon and 4-5 hours later feel much better.. If it's Adderall XR then it is supposed to provide an benefit for 8-12 hours. However, Adderall stays in your system for another 12-18 hours. Side-effects generally go away in 2 weeks or so. Smoking is an especially bad idea when starting meds because you're adding a stimulant on top of a stimulant.
