Dr. Hollowell lists in Driven to Distraction something like 20 ADdHD symptoms.I used to do that whole start a heap of projects and finish none. Now I limit myself to short-term goals.
I bought a huge rack of paper for an easel and nailed it to my wall. I separate my goals by the week and set out things like bill paying, groceries and future purchases. I put a big check box next to each and am careful to limit myself to half a dozen or so. It really helps!
I wish I'd been able to finish that high school project
, but I'd like to someday!
