i am on Consertaxl 54mgs. nothing else, and have no problems. maybe mood
instability is your system responding to it in a different way because you were on the
other med first.!
sorry i cannot give a more definitive answer but as the saying goes, we all respond in an individual fashion.

I've been taking Concerta for about a month now and was wondering how other people faired with it. Since I've been taking it my moods have been like a rollercoaster. Happy, angry, sad, and it seems to always revert back to anger. I had been on Celexa around 3 years ago and loved it. I'm now thinking about trying Lexapro because my anxiety is so bad, and I know that depression can affect your ability to concentrate. I reallly think it may be depression that is giving me such problems with concentrating, so I think Lexapro or Celexa is the way to go for me. Many people with both AD/HD and anxiety take both a stimulant(Concerta) and an SSRI (Lexapro).
