I'm at the gym at least 4 morning per week with classes and on my own and I dance every Monday night from 8 pm to 1 A.M.  That's my passion (like my screen name).  I need it for my sanity!  I'm trying to get my ds to go to the gym cause he's not a big fan of exercise.  We'll see. I've just started lifting weights, and I love it!

Who of you workout?  I find it really helps ease the stress.  I've gotten out of it a bit this summer, doing the Bender program which is a workout in itself.  I am getting started again as the school year starts.  My son is happier when I do.   I was interested in ordering the UrbanRebounder thingy, which is a trampoline with dvd's or videos.  I came up with great reviews, and it would be tremendously easy on the joints. 

Anywho, I would like to know what those of you who do a *formal* workout, what do you do?
