Help! Focalin not the answer | ADHD Information

Omega-3 works for moodiness.My 10 year old ADHD son was diagnosed and precribed Concerta.  It didn't work.  We then had him on Adderall XR.  It took away a lot of the symptoms but after a few weeks of him starting it he became very moody.  I read other messages on this forum where Focalin may work for the moodiness.  I decided to switch from Adderall to Focalin.  I got the Rx this morning, started it at 10am, it's now 1pm and my son is not responding well at all.  He is VERY angry, non-compliant, then sweet, then he wants me to get rid of the dog for barking so loud.  He's up and down, and just completely out of sorts.  One minute he's asking me if I love him and the next he's telling me never to watch him and to get away.  Has anyone had this reaction on Focalin??  If so could your senario be similar to mine?  If so, what did you do??  I have a call in to the Dr. now.  Maybe I should have just increased the Adderall?? and maybe added a booster pill for the afternoon.
