Book Recommendations? | ADHD Information

There is this one - and it is an australian author but I can remember it - it is driving me nuts - it is not stephen biddulf - but the other dood - i think - or could it be stephen biddult - I lent it to a friend - must ring her.

Would anyone like to share what ADHD book or books have been the most beneficial to you?  I really need to get some new insights from reading materials and would really appreciate opinions from anyone.  Thanks!!
